Con-way Purpose Statement Video

Con-way introduced its Purpose Statement during the annual employee Voices & Values Celebration of company culture and community giving. The selected employees were Quality Leadership Achievement (QLA) winners from throughout the year. Each employee describes, in their own words, what the Purpose Statement means to them and the work they do. Interviews were shot using employees' personal smart phones with tripods provided by the company for stability and to give the video a more personal and intimate feel.
